About me

I am passionate about improving social outcomes by developing people and communities.  I love learning about social innovation, professional development and personal development.

I work in career development within the higher education sector, and have a particular interest in and focus on social impact.  I love supporting young people to build enterprising and career development skills because this ultimately boosts their ability to contribute to society.

I have professional experience in career development, social impact, project management, partnerships and events. Prior to my work in the university sector, I worked in the not-for-profit sector for ten years, specifically in education, philanthropy and the arts.

I aim to work in the space where career development intersects with social impact, innovation, entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.  I see the potential for people to build transferrable skills when working on innovative projects that improve social outcomes. I am keen to connect with others interested in these ideas.
